Lots of hopes are high as fans are expecting gospel music boss Preye Odede, to get an award this season. Naija gospel fans just can't wait for Preye Odede to get an award after the release of "OSHIMIRIATATA " ft Generation Of Praise. In an interview with a gospel freak and die hard fan of gospel star Preye Odede, celebrity hits team was able to get him speak up his expectations for his music icon Preye Odede. Mr Bryan Achampong said; 

 
"my biggest prayer for Preye is that he grabs as much
awards as possible. If you have listened to his latest 
release, you'll agree with me that this man is worth
numerous awards. Oshimiriatata is not just an ordinary 
song, it is one song that connects the heavens 
with the earth. After listening to this great masterpiece, 
i concluded that this man is truly called into the 
gospel music ministry. I am sure in my spirit that
preye will be winning award this season because he is worth it "

Mr Bryan also advised that as many that has not listened to this great masterpiece, should rush now and download it. Meanwhile gospel star Preye Odede is working towards releasing his album.

Gospel singers are maltreated in Nigeria | Adegoke laments

In a brief chat with Potpourri, Adegoke who just recently released a single, Onise Iyanu, featuring his wife, Favour Adeyemi, explained that gospel music in Nigeria is worthwhile but gospel singers need to understand what gospel music is about. “I think it is important we understand what gospel music is. I will rather say that gospel music in Nigeria is worthwhile but with its own challenges. One of the challenges is that we have a lot of people who do not understand that being a gospel singer is a calling and not just a hubby.
